When I graduated from my small Quaker school, a father stood up to speak to our graduating class.  He reminded all of us to see every sunset, every day.  Although I might have listened then, I hear this loud today and attempt my best to stop looking down at phones and the sidewalk, and I choose to look up, at the beautiful sky that is always there, evolving day and every minute.

Next time your outside take a peak, look at the clouds, the colors, the many different layers and combinations. It might surprise you how beautiful the world is when we look up and away from whatever is keeping our heads parked down (probably a phone).
